At BuddyBee, accessible from https://www.buddybee.eu and our App (“Platforms”), one of our main priorities is the privacy of our visitors. This Privacy Policy document contains types of information that is collected and recorded by BuddyBee, how we use it and what rights you have in relation to it. BuddyBee is the data controller for the collected data on our Platforms. The Data Protection Officer of BuddyBee is Emrul Hasan. This Privacy Policy applies only to our Services and is valid for visitors to our Platforms with regards to the information that they share and/or collect in BuddyBee as well as, any related services, sales, marketing or events.

The personal information that you are asked to provide, and the reasons why you are asked to provide it, will be made clear to you at the point we ask you to provide your personal information.

Personal Information Provided by You. We may collect names; phone numbers; email addresses; mailing addresses; job titles; contact preferences; data collected from surveys; usernames; passwords; contact or authentication data; information you provide when using our products (e.g., business name, business email, business address, business fax, company website, etc.); information in blog comments; financial information (e.g., last four digits of your debit or credit card number, billing history, billing address, card type, issuing bank, expiration date, card origin by country, mobile financial service account information); profile photo; and other similar information.
Payment Data. We may collect data necessary to process your payment if you make purchases, such as your payment instrument number (such as a credit card number), and the security code associated with your payment instrument.
Social Media Login Data. We may provide you with the option to register with us using your existing social media account details, like your Facebook, Twitter or other social media account. If you choose to register in this way, we will collect the information described in the section called “HOW DO WE HANDLE YOUR SOCIAL LOGINS?” below.
All personal information that you provide to us must be true, complete, and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes to such personal information.
Information automatically collected. Some information — such as your Internet Protocol (IP) address and/or browser and device characteristics — is collected automatically when you visit our Platforms.
We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use or navigate the Platforms. This information does not reveal your specific identity (like your name or contact information) but may include device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, location, information about how and when you use our Platforms and other technical information. This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our Platforms, and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes.

The information we collect automatically includes:
Log and Usage Data. Log and usage data is service-related, diagnostic, usage and performance information our servers automatically collect when you access or use our Platforms and which we record in log files. Depending on how you interact with us, this log data may include your IP address, device information, browser type and settings and information about your activity in the Platforms (such as the date/time stamps associated with your usage, pages and files viewed, searches and other actions you take such as which features you use), device event information (such as system activity, error reports (sometimes called ‘crash dumps’) and hardware settings).
Device Data. We collect device data such as information about your computer, phone, tablet or other device you use to access the Platforms. Depending on the device used, this device data may include information such as your IP address (or proxy server), device and application identification numbers, location, browser type, hardware model, Internet service provider and/or mobile carrier, operating system and system configuration information.
Location Data. We collect location data such as information about your device’s location, which can be either precise or imprecise. How much information we collect depends on the type and settings of the device you use to access the Platforms. For example, we may use GPS and other technologies to collect geolocation data that tells us your current location (based on your IP address). You can opt out of allowing us to collect this information either by refusing access to the information or by disabling your Location setting on your device. Note however, if you choose to opt out, you may not be able to use certain aspects of the Services.
Information collected from other sources. We may collect limited data from public databases, marketing partners, social media platforms, and other outside sources.
In order to enhance our ability to provide relevant marketing, offers and services to you and update our records, we may obtain information about you from other sources, such as public databases, joint marketing partners, affiliate programs, data providers, social media platforms, as well as from other third parties. This information includes mailing addresses, job titles, email addresses, phone numbers, intent data (or user behavior data), Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, social media profiles, social media URLs and custom profiles, for purposes of targeted advertising and event promotion. If you interact with us on a social media platform using your social media account (e.g. Facebook or Twitter), we receive personal information about you such as your name, email address, and gender. Any personal information that we collect from your social media account depends on your social media account’s privacy settings.

Who processes your information?
The IT department of BuddyBee (Controller) and HoneyBee (hosting company, processor) are the main recipients of user’s information. In certain circumstances, our Consultants may also be the recipient of your information while providing you specific advices as required by you. We have put in place all the technical and organizational measures to protect your information as required by relevant laws and regulations.
Log Files
BuddyBee follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services' analytics. The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users' movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.
Social Logins
Our Platforms offers you the ability to register and login using your third-party social media account details (like your Facebook or Twitter logins). Where you choose to do this, we will receive certain profile information about you from your social media provider. The profile information we receive may vary depending on the social media provider concerned, but will often include your name, email address, friends list, profile picture as well as other information you choose to make public on such social media platform.
We will use the information we receive only for the purposes that are described in this Privacy Policy or that are otherwise made clear to you on the relevant Platform. Please note that we do not control, and are not responsible for, other uses of your personal information by your third-party social media provider. Like any other website, BuddyBee uses 'cookies'. These cookies are used to store information including visitors' preferences, and the pages on the website that the visitor accessed or visited. The information is used to optimize the users' experience by customizing our web page content based on visitors' browser type and/or other information.

Third-party ad servers or ad networks uses technologies like cookies, JavaScript, or Web Beacons that are used in their respective advertisements and links that appear on BuddyBee, which are sent directly to users' browser. They automatically receive your IP address when this occurs. These technologies are used to measure the effectiveness of their advertising campaigns and/or to personalize the advertising content that you see on websites that you visit.
Note that BuddyBee has no access to or control over these cookies that are used by third-party advertisers.
Third Party Privacy Policies
BuddyBee's Privacy Policy does not apply to other advertisers or websites. Thus, we are advising you to consult the respective Privacy Policies of these third-party ad servers for more detailed information. It may include their practices and instructions about how to opt-out of certain options.

Another part of our priority is adding protection for children while using the internet. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their online activity.
BuddyBee does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 16. If you think that your child provided this kind of information on our website, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately and we will do our best efforts to promptly remove such information from our records.
Procedure to claim
To claim one of these rights, users must send an email to [EMAIL] with the reason of the request. BuddyBee will provide any requested information in relation to any of the rights of data subjects with one calendar month of receiving the request. If BuddyBee receives large numbers of requests, or especially complex requests, the time limit may be extended by a maximum of two further months.
For a security reason, upon receipt of a request, BuddyBee will proceed to an identity verification of the requestor. To this end, the receipt acknowledge will include the invitation to do either one of the following:
