Cancellation Policy – buddybee.eu
Please note that once you have booked a consultancy session with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your consultancy session less than 36 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to a cancellation charge of 30% of the total value of your booked session.
To avoid a cancellation charge, please provide cancellation notice at least 36 hours prior to your appointment.
You can cancel or reschedule a consultancy session by going through your Dashboard or your consultancy session list in the system, by creating a support ticket or emailing us at support@buddybee.eu
